On the afternoon of 25th September 2026, PC EYRE-JACKSON and PC BOWLER were on patrol in RIVER where they have stopped a rider on an e-scooter on LEWISHAM ROAD. The scooter was seized under the road traffic act due to it not being road legal. These scooters are only legal on private land and cannot be used on public highways.
